Community Space 1(CS1) is located apart from the other rooms in Lumen and offers a contained space with its own small kitchen. It it the only room with a wooden floor which could be suitable for dance or exercise classes. It has underfloor heating in the winter and can be ventilated by opening three large domed ceiling windows. One wall is fully double glazed and opens onto the courtyard garden.

CS1

CS1 offers the most flexible usage in terms of layout. We can set up any of the rooms to your own requirements and the plans below suggest possible configurations. All the furniture is modern and constructed from the highest quality materials. Flipcharts, a high definition projector and a laptop can be hired for presentaion purposes. The room measures 689 sq ft and capacity ranges from between 22 to 72.
